Our clients have asked for more than just home renovations. When they go through a repair or damage mitigation most of our clients end up wanting to renovate their property more. These clients loved our work so much that they asked us for more. From pole barns to covered patio decks we can do it all.

The client wanted a pole barn built with an option for a barn dominium at a later time. We were able to go from concept to finished product. With commercial power, Heating & Airconditioning, Water and a septic system it has everything ready to go. The client wanted a finished concrete slab. There is lots of Room to add workable space or an office.

This client wanted something he could enjoy during COVID. We ended up building a 900 Square foot outdoor covered patio. This feature’s Brazilian walnut with a single zipper to blend both sides. This wood is known for its durability and longevity. You have the option to finish it with a stain or leave it natural and it’ll show a silver hue. The client opted for Infinity stairs so no hand railings were necessary. You can walk off of any section of the deck. This is engineered to allow you to have either a jacuzzi or pool table. There was a single door allowing access to the back and we recommend a change get to A French door with dual access to the deck. Also featured here are 3 inch can lights.

Heated Flooring

This client was tired of having cold feet when walking into the bathroom. We install water and electric floor heaters. Although the whole house can be converted into this option, the most common installs we do are bathroom and kitchens floors.
